As you probably know, the Cost of any PAINTING project is dependent on:
* area(s) to be painted * number of colors * type of paint * conditions of surface(s) * gallons needed
* PLUS any additional repairs or special preparation that may be needed to assure quality application.
EXAMPLE:
Your home may need some drywall repair OR maybe a primer coat of paint before applying final Exterior or Interior Paints. POWER WASHING is important. THIRD ROCK uses both spray & power rolling (and 'YES' brushes, too) dependent on condition an areas being painted. You love our finish procedure and our 'edges' are GREAT!

Service AREAS: Projects beyond a 25 mile radius of Ahwatukee/Foothills OR Casa Grande may be subject to a trip charge on a case by case basis.
